Christopher J. Meyers
Managing Partner
Christopher Meyers is the Founder and Managing Partner of Hull Street Capital Corp., a private equity firm focused on middle market opportunities in the U.S. manufacturing and services sectors with a track record of delivering top-quartile returns. He has over 25 years of experience in evaluating and executing private equity transactions as well as managing, turning-around and growing businesses; and has been directly involved in over $2.5 billion of principal investment activity.
Prior to Hull Street Capital, Mr. Meyers was with Carlyle Venture Partners where he was responsible for investing in network security, enterprise software and e-finance. Before joining Carlyle, Mr. Meyers worked for Morgan Stanley Capital Partners evaluating and executing investments for their leverage buy-out fund. Mr. Meyers previously worked for GE Capital Services where he successfully completed numerous acquisitions across Europe, Asia and Latin America as a member of the CEO’s strategic planning and business development team.
Mr. Meyers currently serves as a Director of Woodward Capital, LLC, GMSI, LLC, Precise Innovations, LLC and the Potomac Soccer Association. He received a B.A. from Ohio Wesleyan University, and a M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
Webb C. Hayes
Managing Director
Webb Hayes is a Managing Director of Hull Street Capital Corp., a private equity firm focused on middle market opportunities in the U.S. manufacturing and services sectors across the U.S. He has over 20 years of investment and transaction execution related experience.
Prior to Hull Street Capital, Mr. Hayes was with Rooney Holdings, a family office investment platform, where he was responsible for portfolio management, asset allocation and cash flow planning; as well as for evaluating existing and prospective investments. Prior to joining Rooney, Mr. Hayes spent nearly two decades as part of the investment banking teams at FBR Capital Markets and Stifel Financial, where he focused on financial advisory work related to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures within the energy sector, as well as various public and private capital market raises. He has advised on over $5 billion of transaction activity including: Kirby Corp.’s acquisition of K-Sea Transportation, Pilot Flying J’s acquisition of Maxum Petroleum and Westmoreland Coal’s Acquisition of Oxford Resource Partners.
Mr. Hayes received a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a M.B.A. from George Washington University.
